USELESS PASSWORD APP USELESS CUSTOMER SERVICE
I’VE BEEN USING THIS APP FOR ALMOST TWO YEARS. FOR THE MOST PART IT’S BEEN FINE. HOWEVER FOR THE PAST 6 OR 7 MONTHS, I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO SYNC ALL MY DEVICES. WHAT’S STRANGE IS I HAVE 3 DEVICES I’M TRYING TO SYNC WITH, MY IPHONE, MY WIFE’S IPHONE, AND OUR IPAD. SOME TIMES I’M ABLE TO SYNC ALL DEVICES FLAWLESSLY. BUT MOST OF THE TIME I CAN ONLY SYNC MAYBE ONE OF THEM, TWO OF THEM, OR EVEN AT TIMES ALL THREE.
THIS MORNING I COULD NOT SYNC MY IPAD. I HAVE SENT LLIUM SOFTWARE MANY EMAILS IN THE PAST ABOUT THIS PROBLEM. THEY USUALLY DO GET BACK TO ME BUT THEIR RESPONSES ARE SO CONVOLUTED THEY DON’T MAKE SENSE TO ME (I’M NOT EXACTLY A GENIUS WITH A COMPUTER). LOTS OF TECHNICAL JARGON. I EVEN HAD ONE OF MY FRIENDS WHO WORKS FOR APPLE COME OVER AND HE HAD PROBLEMS WITH THEIR INSTRUCTIONS AS WELL.
I SENT THE COMPANY ANOTHER EMAIL THIS MORNING EXPLANING THAT AGAIN I WAS UNABLE TO SYNC WITH MY IPAD. I’M FED UP! I GIVE UP!
